How do I get hired as a fresher with no experience?

Short answer

You cannot produce experience, but you can produce evidence of how you think, and that is what a small company is actually screening for. Work on something real, and write down the decisions as you make them. Thirty days of honest entries gives a founder something to read. An empty résumé gives them nothing.

How it works
The trap
Waiting for experience before you have anything to show.
the loop that never opens
The way in
Build something real and log the decisions daily.
college project, side project, a bug you chased
What it beats
A résumé with a skills list and no evidence.
which is every other fresher's résumé
Cost
Free, and about two minutes a day.

What this does not do
Nobody is promised a job, an interview, or a reply. Freshers are the hardest case in any hiring market and a log does not change that — it changes whether anyone can see you at all.

Has this actually worked for anyone? One hire, every step, with the denominator — including what it does not prove.
