Is LeetCode still worth it for getting hired?
Short answer
For the companies that still run algorithm rounds, yes, and there is no way around it. But it has stopped being a differentiator: a model solves those problems instantly, and everyone preparing has the same tool. It measures how you perform on a solved problem, never how you behave on an unsolved one.
